About This Vehicle

This 2002 Yamaha XVS1100 Vstar Classic with 36,444 miles would be a great project bike for the right rider. It's been upgraded with an oil filter relocation, a solo springer seat, a vertical plate mount, an aftermarket tail light, aftermarket exhaust, handlebars, grips, front and rear turn signals, an engine guard, and a brake pedal.

The V-Star is a reliable cruiser that has remained popular for decades thanks to its rideability and styling. Powered by a 1063cc v-twin engine, it puts 62 horsepower and 63 foot-pounds of torque through a five-speed transmission. It has a 27.2-inch seat height and a dry weight of 571 pounds.

To pass NH state inspection this Vstar will need a new low beam bulb and its headlight aim readjusted, a new running light, brake light, front and rear turn signals, a DOT-approved plate bracket, new handlebar riser bushings, new rear break pads, master cylinder reservoirs securely mounted, rear shocks, drive shaft, and new front and rear fenders.

We offer an unbelievable selection of quality used motorcycles and never charge any dealer fees! Nobody here is on commission and we are happy to take as much time with you as you need. We encourage you to see and hear this bike in person, but if you are unable to, we will be happy to do a live inspection via Skype, Facetime, or Google Duo. Please call 603-410-4120 for more info.

What Is An Opportunity Vehicle?

At National Powersports, we buy a lot of bikes! While many are fully serviced and sold with a warranty, some will not go through the process due to a variety of reasons, including special purchases, overstock of the same model, high mileage, running or cosmetic condition, or a simple lack of shop availability. We sell these vehicles "as-is" and call them Opportunity Vehicles, as they are sold at a substantial discount.

If you are not comfortable buying a vehicle as-is, we have hundreds of other bikes in stock that are fully serviced and come with a warranty. Click HERE to view our Premium Inventory.

Opportunity As-Is Logo

This vehicle is being sold as-is with no warranty. Just like purchasing a vehicle private sale from an individual, as-is purchases carry more risk than a premium bike with a warranty. If you cannot come see the bike in person, we encourage a Skype or Facetime call so we can “show” you the bike prior to purchase. Feel free to contact us at 603-410-4120.

Nationwide Delivery

We offer door to door delivery service at competitive rates anywhere in the continental United States, with up to $8000 insurance included. Buyers are responsible for shipping surcharges on oversized vehicles such as trikes, side cars, and UTVs. Contact us for details.

Since the beginning we’ve tried to keep things simple and rooted in common sense. We do this by pricing our bikes right at our bottom line, so there are no negotiations to worry about. If a bike doesn’t sell for a certain number of days, we will mark it down accordingly, lower the price for everyone immediately on the website, and update the price tag in the showroom. It’s important to us that everyone gets the same price, regardless of their negotiation skills.

Note: If you save a bike in your “My Garage”, you can choose to be notified via email if it gets repriced.

Used Vehicles:
We do not charge any additional fees with the purchase of our used vehicles. The price you see is the price you pay.

New Vehicles:
Manufacturer freight, destination and setup fees apply. We do not charge any “Admin” or “Doc” fees.

Tax, Title, and Registration:
Local tax, title, and registration costs vary by state and are not included in our pricing.

Yes. We are able to ship bikes nationwide to any of the lower 48 states. It’s delivered right to your driveway, no loading dock required. Shipping rates can be found in the shipping section of our listings.

All pre-owned vehicles have their photos and video taken right here in our store. Most new vehicles feature stock images.

We have three categories we put bikes in, and for each type what we describe varies.

Type 1 - New / late model / and or high dollar vehicles - We point out everything that we can see as flaws not caused by normal riding.

Type 2 - For everything in between Type 1 and Type 3 we point out items that are, in our opinion, above normal wear and tear. We won’t point out boot scuffs on bags, small paint chips, and things you would expect to see on any used vehicle.

Type 3 - Older, high mileage, or cosmetically rough vehicles - We point out only large areas of damage. On these vehicles we highly recommend looking closely at all the pictures and/or seeing the bike in person to inspect.

If you cannot physically come to the shop and inspect it in person, we are happy to do a live video chat to review the bike with you.

No. The reserve prices in our auctions are the very same as what you see here on our website.

Yes we do. We would be happy to consider your vehicle for trade or outright purchase. You can fill out the "Sell Your Vehicle" form here.

We work with a number of local and national lenders and are able to offer financing to most of our US customer's on most bikes. Click on the “Apply For Financing” button on the listing to learn more and submit an application.

Unless otherwise notated in the Title section of our listing all bikes have clean titles with no salvage history.

California law requires that unless the emissions sticker on the bike specifies that it is California compliant, any bike must have at least 7500 miles on the odometer. If one of our bikes is not California compliant we will say so in the title section of the listing.

We accept certified bank checks, money orders, bank to bank wire transfers, and of course cash in person. Paypal and credit cards may be used for the deposit, but NOT for the full amount.

Unfortunately, no. Once we list a bike, we can’t swap parts from one bike to another. We do, however, offer an expansive selection of used accessories, which you can browse here.
