What Is An Opportunity Vehicle?

At National Powersports, we buy a lot of bikes! While many are fully serviced and sold with a warranty, some will not go through the process due to a variety of reasons, including special purchases, overstock of the same model, high mileage, running or cosmetic condition, or a simple lack of shop availability. We sell these vehicles "as-is" and call them Opportunity Vehicles, as they are sold at a substantial discount.

If you are not comfortable buying a vehicle as-is, we have hundreds of other bikes in stock that are fully serviced and come with a warranty. Click HERE to view our Premium Inventory.

We have not performed a NH State Inspection due to the vehicle type. Please view the notes below for other mechanical details specific to this vehicle.

We work hard to point out blemishes that we feel are above normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this particular year, mileage, and type. This process is very subjective, so we might not point out every blemish we find.

We upload lots of high resolution photos of our vehicles, including individual images of any imperfections mentioned below. If you have any questions about the cosmetic condition, please contact our sales team for more clarification.

TITLE INFO

  • Title StatusExempt
  • In New Hampshire, any vehicle 15 years and older, or under 50cc, is considered exempt and will not be issued a title. This is pursuant to RSA 261:3 of the Motor Vehicle Laws of the State of New Hampshire. The RSA reads, "No title or duplicate title will be issued on any exempt vehicle, even by request". This does not mean that you will not be able to title this vehicle in your state! Check with your department of motor vehicles about your specific state requirements. We are an official N.H. motorcycle dealership and inspection station and in most cases can provide all the necessary documents for you to title and register this vehicle in your state. Click here to see the actual State document.

CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS

  • ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - California law requires that any used vehicle must have at least 7500 miles on the odometer unless the emissions sticker specifies that it is California compliant. This vehicle is not equipped with California emissions, and due to its low miles, you will not be able to title it in your state. Please check with your local DMV for more information.

This vehicle is being sold as-is with no warranty. Just like purchasing a vehicle private sale from an individual, as-is purchases carry more risk than a premium bike with a warranty. It is important to see the vehicle in person so that you can make an informed decision. If you cannot come see the bike in person, we encourage a Skype or Facetime call so we can “show” you the bike prior to purchase. Feel free to contact us at 603-410-4120.

If you are not comfortable buying a vehicle as-is, we have hundreds of other bikes in stock that have been fully serviced and come with a warranty.

Nationwide Delivery

We offer door to door delivery service at competitive rates anywhere in the continental United States, with up to $8000 insurance included. Buyers are responsible for shipping surcharges on oversized vehicles such as trikes, side cars, and UTVs. Contact us for details.

Since the beginning we’ve tried to keep things simple and rooted in common sense. We do this by pricing our bikes right at our bottom line, so there are no negotiations to worry about. If a bike doesn’t sell for a certain number of days, we will mark it down accordingly, lower the price for everyone immediately on the website, and update the price tag in the showroom. It’s important to us that everyone gets the same price, regardless of their negotiation skills.

Note: If you save a bike in your “My Garage”, you can choose to be notified via email if it gets repriced.

You don't pay an "Admin" or "doc fee" charge when you buy groceries do you? That kind of nonsense is ridiculous to us. We do not charge any other fees or tax. If you are a NH resident you will have to pay $27 to the state of NH for the title on any bike 15 years of age or newer. Out of country sales may incur additional fees only to cover custom's documentation or shipping of documents.

Yes. We are able to ship bikes nationwide to any of the lower 48 states. It’s delivered right to your driveway, no loading dock required. Shipping rates can be found in the shipping section of our listings.

Yes. We take the photos and videos of all our inventory right here in our store.

We have three categories we put bikes in, and for each type what we describe varies.

New / late model / and or high dollar vehicles - We point out everything that we can see as flaws not caused by normal riding.

Older, high mileage, or cosmetically rough vehicles - We point out only large areas of damage. On these vehicles we highly recommend looking closely at all the pictures and/or seeing the bike in person to inspect.

For everything in between we point out items that are, in our opinion, above normal wear and tear. We won’t point out boot scuffs on bags, small paint chips, and things you would expect to see on any used vehicle.

If you cannot physically come to the shop and inspect it in person, we are happy to do a live video chat to review the bike with you.

No. The reserve prices in our auctions are the very same as what you see here on our website.

Yes we do. We would be happy to consider your vehicle for trade or outright purchase. You can fill out the "Sell Your Vehicle" form here.

We work with a number of local and national lenders and are able to offer financing to most of our US customer's on most bikes. Click on the “Apply For Financing” button on the listing to learn more and submit an application.

All of the bikes are located at our shop in Pembroke, NH. They can be viewed in person during regular business hours.

Unless otherwise notated in the Title section of our listing all bikes have clean titles with no salvage history.

California law requires that unless the emissions sticker on the bike specifies that it is California compliant, any bike must have at least 7500 miles on the odometer. If one of our bikes is not California compliant we will say so in the title section of the listing.

We accept certified bank checks, money orders, bank to bank wire transfers, and of course cash in person. Paypal and credit cards may be used for the deposit, but NOT for the full amount.

Unfortunately, no. Once we list a bike, we can’t swap parts from one bike to another. We do, however, offer an expansive selection of used accessories, which you can browse here..
