Nathan, et all this is a bit overdue so for that I apologize. For most of 2012 I was looking for a Suzuki B-King, but wasn't having much luck finding one that wasn't overpriced or abused in some fashion, and I was getting a bit discouraged when I came across a B-King at your dealership. The pictures of the bike on your website were very well done and clearly showed the condition of the bike so it was on my short list for consideration. In fact I was on my way to a dealership in NJ to look at another bike (a 3-4 hr trip one way) when I decided to call your shop to inquire about the bike that you had just so I had something for comparison. Your sales staff (Aaron or Eric, I dont recall for sure) took the time to find the bike on the floor and then spent 10-15 minutes checking it over and answering all my crazy questions. I was so impressed with their helpful attitude and knowledge about the bike and the buying process I would go through, that I pulled over and put a deposit on it, before I even made it to the other dealer. Im very happy I did. Throughout the purchase process everyone from sales to accounting (Andrea and Debbie) to service was extremely professional and helpful. They made sure every question I had was answered and that I was completely informed all the way. The paperwork arrived a day before the bike and was well organized with everything I needed to worry about highlighted. That was a very pleasant surprise. The bike was well crated and tied down securely, it arrived without a scratch as advertised and was detailed to the extent that anyone looking at it would have thought it brand new. I have bought used bikes before but to have one dropped off at your driveway, completely serviced, detailed, fluids changed, with a temporary tag where all I had to do was put gas in it and ride worry free! was FANTASTIC. The driver of the delivery company transporting it was also helpful and courteous. This was hands down the best buying experience I have had in 30+ years. Chris, my bike arrived two days early. What great service. Please be sure to let the people at R+L Carriers know that the delivery man (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) who delivered my bike went well beyond the call of duty in taking care of me. He spent at least an hour, at the end of his long work day, helping me uncrate the bike and helping in moving the crate to my garage. He was cheerful and helpful and his bosses need to know.My bike arrived in great condition. Just a quick note to say thank you for the very professional service I received 09 April 2009. I had my tires changed and a sticker put on my 2008 Concours, service was very timely and complete. I was informed that I would need new front brakes and given ample time to get that done as well. I am glad that I was informed about the brakes. National Powersports is now offering layaway! You can take advantage of this program with 10% down, 10% a month and full payment by April 15th. There will be no fees or storage charges provided the terms are met and the vehicle is picked up by April 30th. Now’s the time to purchase at Winter Pricing, but have until spring to pay in full.



How long is the NPD Layaway contract?
Layaway contracts require payment in full by April 15th 2013 and all vehicles to be picked up by April 30th 2013 regardless of the date initiated.

What if I change my mind?
The vehicle under Layaway contract can be changed once during the contract term. A fee will apply. Should you choose to cancel your contract a cancelation fee will apply. See terms and conditions below.

Are there any fees?
There are no fees associated with using our layaway program. Please see the complete terms and conditions agreement for fees associated with late payment, late pick-up, or transfers.

Are all items eligible for layaway?
All new and used vehicles are eligible for layaway. Parts, accessories, and labor are not eligible for layaway.

What are my payments?
Monthly payments of 10% of the vehicle price are required.

What if I miss a layaway payment?
A $10.00/day late payment fee will be added. After 7 days late the contract is deemed to be in default.

What if I am unable to pick my vehicle(s) up prior to the deadline?
A $10.00/day late pick-up fee will be added and must be paid prior to pick-up.

How can I make payments?
Up to $250 of the down payment can be made with a credit card or PayPal. All subsequent monies and future payments to be received via cash, certified bank check, USPS Money Order, or a bank to bank wire transfer.


Terms and Conditions

Required Down Payment
10% of the total vehicle price or $250 whichever is greater. Up to $250 of the down payment can be applied using a credit card or PayPal.

Payment options
Acceptable payment methods are cash, certified bank check, USPS money order, or a bank to bank wire transfer. No other forms of payment will be accepted. Up to $250 of the down payment may be applied using a credit card or PayPal.

Payment schedule, due date and late payment fees
A monthly payment in the amount of 10% of the total vehicle price or $250 whichever is greater is due on the assigned day designated by the contract. The vehicle must be paid in full no later than April 15th 2013. A late payment fee of $10/day will be assessed starting on the 1st day late. It is the responsibility of the buyer to complete all payments prior to due date. Late payment fees will not be refunded in the event of default or cancelation of contract.

Accessories or additional repairs
Should you choose to have us perform any additional repairs or install any accessories on your vehicle, these must be paid for in full prior to being ordered or completed and are considered separate from the down payment and any subsequent monthly payments. Monies paid towards accessories or additional repairs will not be refunded in the event of default or cancelation of contract.

Storage, pick-up and late pick-up fees
The vehicle must be paid for in full by April 15th 2013 and must be picked up no later than April 30th 2013. A 24hr notice prior to pick-up is required. Storage will be assessed at $10/day starting May 1st. Storage fees will not be refunded in the event of default or cancelation of contract. All fees must be paid prior to pick-up.

Default or cancelation
The contract is deemed to be in default when any payment (down payment, monthly payment, late payment fee(s), or final payment) is found to be in excess of 7 days late. Default or cancelation of contract will result in the assessment of a fee in the amount of 10% of the value of the vehicle plus $250.

Changing vehicles during contract period
If you decide to purchase a different motorcycle after beginning this contract you will be assessed the following transfer fee; $100 if transferred during the first 30days of contract; $200 if transferred 31-60 days into contract, $300 if transferred 61-90 days into contract and $400 for any duration in excess of 90 days. Only one vehicle change is allowed per contract. This fee along with signed transfer request must be received within 7 days of decision to change vehicles. Transfer fees will not be refunded in the event of default or cancelation of contract.

Any and all promotions available at, or during the contract period do not apply to a vehicle that is being purchased under this layaway program.
