National Power Sports. I arrived back home after a 14 hour turn around drive
down to pick up my bike from you, I just wanted to let you all know that I am
very pleased with my 2003 Honda Sabre and the service that I received when I
was there, everyone was exceptional and very pleasant to deal with, I was introduced
to all that I had talked with over the phone. I was very surprised at this because
I did not spend big money on a high end bike but was still treated as thou I
spent 15G. Out of all the business I have dealt with I have to say you’re
the best. Your staff is knowledgeable and were willing to take the time out
of their day for any questions I had and made sure that I was taken care of.
To your mechanic (sorry I forget his name) thanks for the help teaching me about
my new bike and loading it onto my truck the 6 hour drive back it did not move

It was kind of daunting to come down from Canada to buy a bike, sight unseen,

Special Edition ready for delivery. Buying the bike "sight unseen"
from Maine was the first time I ever did that but I would do it again in a minute.

was a pleasure. The bike was spotless, all serviced and ready to ride back to
Maine. The day and trip was very memorable and I just love my new bike! For

searching and then selecting a bike for purchase from their website as they
have a very strict process for each bike before anyone can take delivery and
these guys can be trusted completely that every detail has been taken care of.

I just wanted to
say “THANK YOU!!”, My 2002 Yamaha FZ1 arrived yesterday in perfect
condition. The delivery trucking company and driver was great, courteous and
very professional. The trucking company’s dispatch gave me a courtesy
call advising me of the status of my bike and to also set up the delivery date
and time which I though was very professional and let me tell you about the
delivery driver (Richard), he went over and beyond, completely out of his way
to help me uncrate my bike and even offered to take the empty crate with him
to dispose of it. The crating was done very professionally and the lashings
of the bike were done very well. After unloading the bike, putting fuel in and
taking it out for a short ride, all I can say is “WOW!”.. I’m
very happy with the bike and your service. I will continue to spread the word
about your company and hopefully get more satisfied customers for you. Thanks

has been a very satisfying experience, I picked the bike up yesterday at Sweetgrass.
I can't tell you how happy I was to see the bike crated as well as it was and
then to look at the bike and see exactly what was described on Ebay. Nate/Debbie
and all of your team, you should be very proud of the service you provide and
how extremely well you perform. I had the bike out yesterday for a short ride
just to see how it ran, that proved to be a cold ride but the bike ran perfect.

month ago I purchased a BMW R1100 RS off of ebay from your company. I just wanted

Nate, I just wanted
to take a second and thank you and your team on the fabulous effort put in seeing
that the Valkyrie purchase I completed in January went well. The bike has been
in Texas now for just under two weeks and I have put almost 500 miles on her.
Congratulations on the new shop, it is obvious the effort you put in to providing
comfort to your customers, with an Internet motorcycle purchase goes as smooth
as possible, is paying off for you and the team. I ended up using the shipping
company you referred me to and was almost as pleased with their performance
as well, but the bar had been set too high for them to reach. I am looking forward
to running up the miles on the bike and would not be able to do it if not for

Hey Nathan, I got
in @ 12:45 a.m. Let me tell you that is was one of the best experiences I ever
had. Rolling through Vermont, Mass, Conn, NY, NJ and into PA, I took the scenic
route. I thought it was the bike that put a grin on my face, and it was, but
also the whole buying experience. Everyone was helpful and made sure I knew
what I was buying. From our phone conversations, to emails, to picking me up
at the airport, to sending me off. Thanks to everyone Jeff, Adam, Chris, the

home, the last 2 hours were driving in freezing rain and snow! What a joy!!!
Surprisingly enough, once we got it off the trailer, it started right up! I
won $5.00 from my buddy as he said it wouldn’t start after all that! Anyway,
I really appreciated you coming in early as we drove fast and hard all the way
to the boarder and only had 30 minutes to spare, so if we had waited till 9am
we would not have made it! Thanks a ton and I will make sure you have some great
comments when I get a chance to give feedback on e-bay. Feel free to use me
as a reference anytime you need it to anyone buying from Canada if they seem

Chris, my bike
arrived two days early. What great service. Please be sure to let the people
at R+L Carriers know that the delivery man (unfortunately I cannot remember
his name) who delivered my bike went well beyond the call of duty in taking
care of me. He spent at least an hour, at the end of his long work day, helping
me uncrate the bike and helping in moving the crate to my garage. He was cheerful
and helpful and his bosses need to know.My bike arrived in great condition.
Aside from the positive feedback I plan to post on eBay, please feel free to
direct any potential customer my way if they need to talk with a past customer.
My paperwork and keys arrived quickly, my hard bags arrived the next day and
the bike came early. This has been in incredibly good experience. Thanks.

Just a quick note
to say thank you for the very professional service I received 09 April 2009.
I had my tires changed and a sticker put on my 2008 Concours, service was very
timely and complete. I was informed that I would need new front brakes and given
ample time to get that done as well. I am glad that I was informed about the
brakes. Finally, I was at the post office and noiced that your service guys
even washed my bike; this has exceeded my expectations. I have found the service
shop I can trust, I will be in for my maintenance and repairs needs from now
